If your son or daughter has been photographed at a sporting event and is under the age of 18, it is our policy to honor any written request for image removal from our website. Requests must be in writing and list every image number or image name that you wish to have removed. Please include your name/signature, child's name, team, position/number, image name, and gallery name. Please understand that requests from non custodial grandparents, siblings, other family members and non custodial parents will not be accommodated. Upon receipt of such request by postal mail, Sullivan's Eye will make every effort to remove the images within 48 hours. In the event of technical issues with the server or our computer, it may take up to 72 hours for the images to be removed.
